CCA is currently experiencing a high volume of requests for emergency financial assistance for rent and mortgage. We encourage you to frequently check our website for updates if/when new funds are available.
To qualify for all of CCA’s services you must live in our service area.

Our Services

EMERGENCY FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

If you need financial assistance to pay your rent or mortgage, we may be able to help.

Qualifications:
  1. Live in our service area (listed above)
  2. Meet income guidelines (listed below)
  3. Provide required documentation:
    • Proof of crisis (what caused you to lose income)
    • Copy of all adults’ photo identification
    • Copy of all children’s birth certificates or SS cards
    • Copy of your signed lease
    • Proof of all adults’ income in the household for the last month
    • Current utility bill
    • Current rental ledger
    • Six months of bank statements
    • Additional documents may be requested


Gather the documents before visiting to ensure a smooth application process. *If you are unable to print documents, you can use our computer lab to print documents for free.

Once you have all the required documentation, visit our office.

UTILITY ASSISTANCE 
If you need assistance paying your utility, gas, or water bill, we may be able to help. 

Qualifications:

  1.  Live in our service area (listed above)
  2. Meet income guidelines (listed below)
  3. Bring documentation of your crisis, such as a letter from your employer, medical bills
  4. Bring a copy of your last utility bill.

If you meet the qualifications and you have the required documentation, please visit our office.

FOOD PANTRY
If you’re having a hard time affording the rising cost of groceries, CCA can help through our client-choice Food Pantry.

If you reside within our service area, we encourage you to visit the Family Services office to obtain more details. Upon your visit, you will receive emergency food assistance and other essential items. Additionally, if you meet the eligibility criteria, you may have the opportunity to schedule weekly appointments for shopping in our Food Pantry.

KIDS EAT FREE
When school’s out for the summer, grocery expenses can soar. We’re here to lend a hand.

Eligibility:

BACK TO SCHOOL

If covering the costs of your children’s back-to-school supplies and clothing is proving challenging, we’re here to offer potential assistance.

Eligibility:

  2. Meet the specified income requirements (as listed below).

If you meet the eligibility criteria, we invite you to visit the Family Services office between May and July, or alternatively, reach out to us via email


CHRISTMAS CHEER

If providing gifts for your children this Christmas seems financially overwhelming, we’re here to offer potential assistance.

Eligibility:

  2. Meet the specified income requirements (as listed below).

If you meet the eligibility criteria, we warmly invite you to visit our office during the month of October or reach out to us via email. 


SPIRITUAL COUNSELING

At CCA, we provide free counseling services tailored to your preferences, whether you seek spiritual or non-spiritual guidance. Our goal is to support your beliefs and address your individual needs.

EDUCATION & EMPOWERMENT

From financial literacy and computer training to job skills development, resume building, ESL classes, first-time home buyer education, entrepreneurship courses, and more, our offering are tailored to meet your needs – all at absolutely no cost to you.

GOLDEN ANGELS

At CCA, we understand the unique needs of aging adults, and we’re here to provide support when it comes to accessing nutritious food.

RAPID REHOUSING

If you find yourself without a stable home, whether living on the streets, in your car, or at a homeless shelter, we’re here to offer you a lifeline towards permanent housing. Please note that as of May 5th, there is currently a waitlist in place.

Eligibility:

  1. You are currently experiencing homelessness.

To take the next steps, we invite you to visit our office and complete an assessment. Our dedicated team will work with you to determine if you qualify for the program.

Family Services Hours:

Serving on a first-come, first-served basis! While we strive to assist everyone, please note that we may have limited availability. We recommend arriving as early as possible to maximize your chances.

Morning Session: 9am – 11am
Afternoon Session: 1pm – 3PM
