Bringing Hope and Changing Lives for Over 50 Years

CCA offers various services to help qualifying older adults who reside in our service area and meet our income guidelines age in place. Programs include:

Transportation services

For our clients who are able to meet an additional income requirement, we provide transportation vouchers to help them get to doctor’s appointments and to get to CCA to shop in the Food Pantry.

Crisis support

If an aging adult is in crisis and meets our income and residency requirements, we help them with emergency financial assistance for their rent, mortgage, utilities, and food.

Senior fellowship

We know seniors often find themselves isolated. Qualified seniors shopping in our Food Pantry on Monday mornings can also meet at CCA’s Community Room for fellowship and games.
