Kids Eat Free Program

For kids, when the school year ends and summer finally begins, it means it’s time for swimming, bike riding, and raiding the pantry for snacks! Most kids don’t need to worry about where their next meal will come from. However, this is sadly not the case for hundreds of children in Denton County.

Students who rely on free or reduced lunch programs during the school year face the daily risk of going hungry over the summer. This is where our Kids Eat Free Program steps in.

Along with dedicated volunteers and churches, CCA ensures these kids receive nutritious meals and peace of mind delivered right to their doors every day of the week.

Consider giving today to make sure children in our community have a summer filled with healthy food and happy memories. Together, we can make a difference!

Back to School Program

In Denton County, over 102,000 individuals face financial challenges, impacting over 45,000 students during the school year. Due to high inflation rates, many parents struggle to afford school supplies, which can significantly impact academic success. Our Back To School Program aims to bridge this gap, providing backpacks, supplies, and a transformative shopping experience at Old Navy.

Collaborating with Old Navy, we offer a fresh start for children, nurturing self-confidence, passion for learning, and a sense of belonging. Your contribution significantly impacts students’ lives by providing necessary resources and bringing joy to their faces!

Help us provide back-to-school essentials to 750 children in need by donating today! Let’s work together to create a brighter future for our children.

Save the date. Hopeful Hearts 5K/1M Stampede, presented by Sparrow Collective, is on September 28, 2024. Let's make a difference together!
