Seeds for Success
At Christian Community Action (CCA), we are committed to serving our neighbors with dignity, compassion, and long-term impact. As our community’s needs continue to grow, we have transitioned our financial assistance model into a structured program called Seeds for Success, designed to move individuals and families from crisis toward lasting stability.
Rather than providing one-time assistance alone, this approach allows us to invest in our neighbors through personalized support, coaching, and access to resources that create meaningful, long-term change.
Beginning July 1, any type of financial assistance is provided through this program and requires participation in services such as case management, career coaching, and classes/workshops.
Our goal is to ensure that every household we serve receives the support needed not only for today, but for long-term stability.
Seeds for Success also aligns with CCA’s mission of providing comprehensive services that alleviate suffering, bring hope, and change lives. It focuses on changing lives for long-term stability for our families.
We understand that many families are facing difficult and urgent situations. Financial hardships can place significant stress on individuals and households, and we are here to help. Through Seeds for Success, we provide compassionate, relationship-based care that supports both immediate needs and long-term goals, helping neighbors move forward with confidence and stability.
Through Seeds for Success, support may include:
- Career coaching and employment guidance
- Financial coaching and budgeting
- Workforce certification pathways
- Childcare and transportation assistance
- Access to food pantry and seasonal programs
- Housing stabilization support (rent and utility assistance)
