Affordable Day Care

(New Hope Learning Center)

Affordable daycare is one of the primary obstacles many of our families face as they seek to be productive workers in the community.

That is why CCA and New Hope Learning Center provides childcare for as little as $75/week to help families get on their feet. Funded by First United Methodist Church and CCA and housed at First United Methodist in Lewisville, New Hope Learning Center serves 50 children, newborns through preschool, with loving, high-quality, low-cost Christian childcare. More than just daycare, the children are taught at a pre-K level. Qualifying families can remain at $75 per week per child until they segue into subsidy with Child Care Services of Texas.

This program has expanded to include a location in The Colony, providing care for as many as 25 additional young children. This center is in partnership with The Colony First United Methodist Church.

New Hope Learning Center is a wonderful opportunity for volunteers who enjoy holding and caring for babies and young children. For more information on such volunteer opportunities at The Colony location, contact Mary Saye at 972-625-1281. For information about opportunities at Lewisville, contact Terri Staples at 972-822-6476.
