Our Staff
CCA is extremely proud of our team of 150 employees who work everyday to fulfill our mission, each with a caring Christian heart and deep commitment to creating a stronger community.
Approximately two-thirds of our staff work within the ReSale operation – our successful social enterprise that creates stable jobs with benefits for the community, while raising more than 50 percent of gross receipts earned by the ministry each year. The remaining team works within the ministry meeting the needs of the thousands of hurting people who come to us for help each year.
